Ambulatory Care Center
Beth Israel's outpatient facilities are located in the Phillips
Ambulatory Care Center (PACC) on the fourth floor. In addition
to the Cancer Center, this modern facility offers a full range
of other services, including an ambulatory surgery center,
full radiology services including CT and MRI, pain medicine
and Palliative Care, and a patient wellness library.
The center is staffed with financial counselors, social workers,
interpreters, and volunteers to assist patients as needed.

10 Union Square East, New York NY 10003. It is easily accessible
by car, subway or bus.
• By Car
Take any major artery to the FDR Drive. Exit at 14th Street
and head west to Union Square and Park Avenue South.
Parking on the street in the Union Square area is limited.
There is discounted patient parking available in the Zeckendorf
Towers garage (Enter on 15th Street between Irving Place and
Union Square East), and 110 East 16th Street Associates (Enter
on 16th Street between Irving Place and Park Avenue South).
• By Subway
The nearest subway station is Union Square. Take the L, R,
N, 4, 5, or 6 to the 14th Street Station at Union Square.
• By Bus
Take a Park Avenue bus or any 14th Street bus (M14) to Union
Square.
